After surgery I needed shoes/trainers with a zip or easy fastening strap to allow for a swollen foot and the Wonder trainer fitted very well. They are very comfortable and the colour sage is attractive. My only reservation is the gold detailing that looks too 'bling' and the extra long laces that need to be double bowed to stop them dragging on the ground (in size 3, standard). I am very disappointed with Hotter however, as I ordered these with a pair of shoes - 2 for the price of £109. The shoes were far too wide and were returned. After returning them I learnt that my refund was not going to equal half the purchase price minus postage. In fact the Wonder shoes became full price, giving me less than £10 refund! If I had been aware of this before the return of the shoes, I would have gladly kept both pairs and sent the unworn shoes to my local charity shop - rather than Hotter receiving them back and reselling them again at the full price.

Nice looking shoes. Having a very wide foot fitting, EEE, I always prefer to buy shoes without stitching at the front bone area. These do have stitching there so I am wearing the shoes periodically to break them in and prevent rubbing. I find Hotter shoes to be small in the length . I usually take a size 8 but need a size 9 in Hotter footwear.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
