What is the returns policy?

Every style we create has been designed, crafted and tested to ensure it meets our exacting quality standards. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund, you may return your item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and returned in the original condition and packaging, along with a completed returns form.

Alternative method of returning:

  1. Complete the returns form section of your dispatch note by entering the appropriate reason code against the product(s) you are returning.
  2. Place the returns form in your parcel and pack your returned item(s) in the original packaging. It is really important that you include this form so that we can trace the parcel back to you.
  3. Address your parcel to Hotter Shoes Ltd, 2 Peel Road, Skelmersdale, United Kingdom, WN8 9PT.
  4. Place your return address label on the outer carton of your parcel, ensuring all other labels have been removed.
  5. Return your parcel using your chosen returns carrier. Please obtain a receipt and retain it until you receive your refund and keep a note of your returns tracking number for reference.
    Please note: the cost of returning item(s) is the responsibility of the sender. Hotter do not provide a returns carrier service at the current time. The goods remain the responsibility of the sender until they are delivered to Hotter.

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

Refunds are processed through your original payment method. For example, if the original order was paid for by debit/credit card or by PayPal, the refund will be made to your card or PayPal account.

Please inform your chosen returns carrier. Provide your tracking details and make a claim for your goods through their complaints department.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE MY RETURN IS PROCESSED?

Returns will be dealt will as promptly as possible; however, it also depends on the returns carrier service you choose to use. Once received we will process your refund within 14 days, although at busy times this may take a little longer. Please retain your receipt for proof of shipping until you have received your refund. We will send you confirmation by email once we’ve processed your refund. If for any reason you don’t receive your email, please check your payment card statement for confirmation of refund receipt.

Can I exchange my goods?

We do not offer an exchange service. Our stock levels can change quickly so we recommend you place a new order immediately if the item you require is in stock.
