Advertised in our newspaper at a discounted online price. Received promptly with everything to make return easy if they didn't suit - but I'm actually very pleased so far (removed insoles 'for a wider fit'). Agree with another reviewer who said it was nice to have a pair of shoes actually made in England!

They are really lovely shoes and I was very pleased with the price, with a significant reduction using a voucher code.

However I wanted them quickly for a holiday. I paid the extra in order to get a next day delivery. The order was received well before 14.00 and should have been posted that same day. In fact they were not dispatched until the following day, meaning they did not arrive in time.

After I complained the difference in the postage was refunded but the company should not offer same day dispatch if they do not have a way of identifying and prioritising those particular orders.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
