I do like Hotter Shoes, they are well made from excellent materials and stylish as well.

There is one question though…..why is the range for EEE fitting so limited? I have always had wide EE feet… even as a teen. Now in my 70s my feet get a bit swollen and so I need to buy a wider shoe. Just because someone elderly has to have a wide fit it does not mean they don’t want something more stylish and with more colour choice. I look through your catalogue and it seems that the majority of wider fits are sandals or trainers. The Robyn works and is lovely, but I would like more choice with shoes without a strap over the instep. I’m sure other ladies would say the same.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
