I love Hotter shoes, sandals and boots and have worn them for years whenever i want comfort. I was initially very pleased with the Dover shoes as they felt soft. I wore them the first time to a supermarket (with tights) but within twenty minutes had terrible blisters on the back of my heels. The fact that the sole comes up round the bottom of the shoe at the back and is rigid, forces the top of the back of shoe into your heel. This is a real design failure. The sole should be flat. So disappointing from Hotter. A company renowned for comfort shouldn't be producing a product that causes blisters.

Disappointed as Hotter shoes are usually great for me, the insoles did not feel comfortable so sadly had to return.

Waited too long to receive money back following returning shoes - customer service said I would have to wait another 7 days following confirmation of the shoes being returned!!!

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women and ‘G-H’ for men.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
