PROBLEMS LOGGING IN

I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD, HOW DO I LOG IN?

Go to the ‘My Account’ section of the website and select the ‘Forgotten Your Password?’ option on the page. Enter your email address in the required section and click ‘Continue’. We will then email you a link to reset your password, simply follow the instructions to re-set your password and sign into your account.

We updated our website in September 2023. If you have not accessed your account recently you will need to re-register your details for “My Account”.

MY PASSWORD HAS NOT BEEN RECOGNISED

Please ensure that you are using the correct password. If you still cannot log in simply follow the instructions above to reset your password.

CREATING AN ONLINE ACCOUNT

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF AN ONLINE ACCOUNT?

HOW DO I VIEW MY ORDER HISTORY?

Simply log in to your Hotter account and select the Order History option. Click here to log in to the ‘My Account’ section of the website.

CREATING A HOTTER ACCOUNT

To create a Hotter account, visit the ‘My Account’ section of the website and register as a new customer. Enter your personal details in the required fields and select ‘Submit’.

You are now logged in to your personal account on the website, select the ‘My Account’ section again to view or make changes to:

  • Personal Details
  • My Address Book
  • My Wish Listk
  • Communication Preferences
  • Order History
