The shoes looked lovely but sadly had a very narrow fit which meant I couldn't get them on my feet.

This has not put me off buying hotter shoes but my previous pair has also caused me some problems.

I've worn Hotter shoes for years. Comfortable when tried on, comfortable when walking. Not these. Comfortable when first on - but after 15 minutes of walking, excruciating pain on the joint of the right big toe, exactly where the lace loop fits. Some weeks on, they're only uncomfortable now, and only some of the time. It's shaken my faith in Hotter, though.
And - the first Hotter shoes I've had where the laces come undone without a double knot.

Really good walking shoes with excellent grip when walking on rough and slippery surfaces.
Leather upper is a bit thin for a walking shoe but will probably be strong enough for most use.

Which fitting is right for you?

Standard fit

This is the most common fitting within our collection. If you usually buy a standard fit when buying footwear, we recommend trying this fit, otherwise known as a ‘D’ fit for women and ‘F-G’ for men.

Wide fit

Our second biggest fitting, perfect for those who want a little more room in their shoes. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘E-EE’ fit for women.

Extra Wide fit

This is the broadest of all our fittings, giving your feet extra room in your shoes to help you stay comfortable. This fitting is otherwise known as a ‘EEE’ fit for women.

Dual fit

This means the shoe will have a 2mm foam removable insole underneath its top insole, which when removed helps to offer a roomier fit.

There is no such thing as the perfect foot, but there might just be such a thing as the perfect fit.
